As a law firm, any information we receive from our clients is privileged and we are forbidden from sharing that information in many circumstances. Information we receive from non-clients, especially debtors or the other party, is not subject to any protections.

We are a law firm engaged in the practice of collecting debt through legal and formal processes. Anything we learn will be used for the purpose of collecting a debt when we are dealing with debtors of our clients.
